    hi! dili ni siya work-out program, it's a contest lang na bisag unsa imong pamaagi to lose weight. basta mag lose ka og weight. biggest percentage weight lost wins the prize.

    what i mean is, with that BMI (2, kung muscled ka or heavy-boned, that could be normal for you. not sure pa ko if pwede pa maka pajoin, but please keep posted, PM me your real name, age, location and contact number. thanks
