her mistake was... kung gusto xa ug naa jd PCCI paper, why not asked for it before the breeding? every female dog owner ask for it, the male dog owner also (mostly) post the PCCI paper... kung mao jud imo tuyo, pangitaon man jd na nmo dbuh? maski picture lang man sa paper mangayo lang ka..its so easy nowadays to take the picture and upload it... tsk tsk...

kuan nlng madam, ihatag nlng na iyang puppy share. para mahuman dayon. with or without paper madam, its still a dog. breeding is done, the pups are there. and the fact that you said both sire and dam has papers, why post it? so kung ang owner mangingilad... ikaw sad? ihatag nlng ang dapat mapaingon sa iya madam, kay pareha ra mo kung mao na.

Pro if you are really after the welfare of the pup hatag nalang na ni fids oi, you should be comfortable knowing ang usa sa anak sa inyo dog is in good hands. That is if you're really after sa welfare sa pup.

Pro on the other hand, if ako ang pup, gusto sad ko adto sa Hawaii...
