the present situation lacks some or all the factors. the present president is not that bad as of the previous two. this is debatetable but i don't want to dwell on it. second, who's going to replace her? this one is also debatable. lastly the present climate have not reach, and will never reach the critical mass that will force people to take the street. there's no 'second envelope.'

They explained that it was not the right time of giving or turn over of the "Travel Reimbursement" envelopes at the time of their conference where in they are about to tackle the governments program and clarify some issues. More like the media highlights these supposed "bribes" every time there are these kinds of issues, when the truth is that dinners and meetings with religious leaders are usual practice for a president particularly in regard to her pro-poor programs.
