X, the event is in connection with the previous Halloween events of SM. The prize isn't big; its just the normal amount they pay to the winners, just that now they are opening the event to anime cosplayers as well. So you could cosplay Halloween theme, anime theme, or OCDs, depending on what you prefer.

Bliss, I already gave an answer prior to your post. Contentment isn't my concern.

Oohh.. Okay, contentment isn't your concern. But if your part of the organizers who really want this event to be a success, you'd put the possible target audiences' contentment first. But if i got you wrong, don't mind me then. Oh well.. :/
