i think useless lang ng id system
because magama sad og id system ng mga scammers

much better if buyer/seller ratings or feedbacks

ma analyze man sad nimo ang sistema sa pag feedback
like mo appear pila ka feedback in a day madawat sa user then time na naka kuha og feedback
para ma monitor ang kinsay scammer or nag pa level lang sa feedback niya
nihit siguro ang chances na in 1 day naa ka feedback 3 or 5 times gawas kung regular reseller naka

naa nani sauna.... katong good karma ug bad... SMF forum pa toh before...

like as always..... it was abused... mag lagot lang ang usa ka member sa usa.. mga pindot2x na ug bad karma... so its better not to attach it....

usually man sad ang nag baligya diri sa pc hardware naa pod sa computer hardware section nga discussion
just be carefull lang who you deal with

as far as im concern, and base sa akoa experience

kasagaran sa akoa ka transact kaila og nasuod na pod nako

niya dapat lang mohatag og personal warranty, or assurance na mo assist just in case mapaksi ang item hehehe

its a matter of proper communication between parties, and dapat pod dili pa agi og init sa ulo

ive tried once na na nay nakapalit akoa item iya e return kay d daw niya mapagana sa iya system
and at that time, wala pay pundo pang refund, so ni explain ko niya in a proper way and nisabot ra sad siya

proper communication and courtesy is the key in my own opinion

3 consecutive transaction for different person nga mao gapon style niya or habit niya sa pag baligya.

mao nani nga time nga matawag og "certified scammer"

the best thing to do gyud is to transact at the house/address of the seller..
