We have the anti-mendicancy law but for me it depends, bata gani, hatag gyud ko but not money. I always have some candy, lollipop or biscuits in my carry on bag kung ako gutumon. never money because it encouorages laziness. labi nag tigulang and may kaya mo work. we have so many pro begars here in Cebu. Mag salig nalang na sila and their kids and their grandkids.

but are we really doing the necessary actions to help rid of them from the perils of street life?
what can ur 1 or 5 peso do?
are we just drawing more kids on the streets and exposing them from the dangers of getting hit or ran-over by a vehicle?
I know lisod balibaran but think of the potential harm u MIGHT have brought to them.
all we need now is discipline. the poorer we are the more discipline we need

lets teach them discipline as much as we discipline ourselves

mao sab ni ang porpuse sa anti-mendicancy law.

lets do our part in elevating our society from this poverty we are in right now so in the long run, as a result wala na bata sa dalan mang limos in the future.
