    kasulay pud ko anang natulog ko bro then kalit lng ko kamata kay dili na ko kaginhawa kuyawa lagi ato, as in dugay jud kaau mawagtang... mura kaduha jud may gani wala na nausab... so far ok na akong tulog ron ambot oi ngano to siya.

    If uromon ka don't panic, conscious man imo mind ana, panigkamot nga mkalihok ka, unya relax breathing basta ayaw lang jud ug panic. Avoid eating noodles before going to sleep pod.

    do you eat just before you sleep? i think i had this experience sad and i noticed it's because i eat just before i go to sleep....

    naa usahay na mahadlok ko ma tulog tungod ani na issue.. mao drink jud kog gatas before ko mosleep.. din ihap2 ug sheep.. so far wala pa ko nabalikan sa urom2 ai..

    cardiac sphincter's function: allows food to pass into the stomach but usually NOT Letting it move Back Up into the Esophagus
