Pag magLP mi naa lang mi general rule, No Rig No leech kay sa sugod ang muban sige lang dala ug enclosure tapos ang nag LP pirete ka bugat dala sa ilang rig.

We were there because we want to; not because of the prize. We had a blast last DCE, prizes was just extra. Lingaw kaayo tanawon ang mga "normal" people commenting on our rigs.

We had game challenges na invite groups to sign up and beat our DCW team. (spread on the 3days)

yes this can be true but this can be easily achieved in many ways if only naay mu.plan jud ug tarong so people would be more interested. for sponsors im sure daghan man naay kaila ba or connections diri kulang lang ug effort. fine upgrades would be a big help if they could extend a helping hand. also people here who owns or runs computer shops or other businesses (i know daghan diri), im sure you guys could help out if u really want to. ana ra man na ba. its just helping out to make the event more successful.

1st DCE07 (zero freebies) Daog ko 2.5kphp tunga mi karlpox iya man ang VC)
2nd DCE08 (naa pa-raffle) a few won (ako daog 5k)
3rd DCE09 (freebies shirt,jacket) (ako daog 5k)


@ our LP max 30 (kanang murag sardinas na lol) average LP participants now is about 20-25 depende lang jud sa schedule.

Mu-max out jud kung madala akoa PC didto (about 11TB total drives) in 2 rigs (buhat na ko ug tarong na Windows Home Server) with 4 gigabit connection with all my hdd (11hdd so far). Free leech man mi. Sa sugod Daghan mureklamo ngano bawal ang enclosure lang, syempre luooy kaayo tong nagdala sa ilahang rig (15-30kls) tapos sila less than 1kl. Dugay2x pud ang "conversion" sa katong makasarili. We promote sa DCWired na sharing is good, share the knowledge, share the data, share the love. Gina frown upon pud namo na ibaligya tong na leech. Ingon pa ni Oprah "pay it forward".

So far our LP would not be a success without Blinque Davao (ang ilang 2nd floor amoang LP area FOR FREE)
since conception sa group; uban jud si TJ (Blinque) with us. Sa amoa pud pagbalos with his support and kindness kung ingon siya tuwad mi... tuwad mi with a smile (or if he ask the group na meron show/event) that needs rigs/or our body/mind/soul naa juy muadto.

ATM our group contributed in buying our gigabit switch (na realize namo na pirete ka hinay ang network kung 10-20 ang mu-leech on it) Bought 2 AC then before the pacman fight muabot amoa 32" HDTV para mabutang sa lounge.

Daghan members sa amoa nihatag sa time, effort without anything in return. So ang uban new members see that ana ang kinaiya sa group, sila ma-infect pud.

Naa pud mi sugba2x, popcorn2x (naa mi member dala2x niya iyang popcorn maker using hot air)

Lisod jud ang sugod labina pag-change sa view sa members, pero kung ginabuhat sa tanan maulaw pud tong nabilin oi (unless baga jud ug nawong).

So support mi ninyo guys! Keep the LP scene alive. Kung mabuhat ninyo then malamang naa jud mi representative bisita ninyo for CCE.
