The flight schedules are tentative. You need to book one for yourself a month before your scheduled departure. There's a 70% chance that your flight will be canceled due to the number of passengers. You may need to travel it by boat. Along the coast of Cagayan Valley and I really don't know where is the right place to start your travel to Batanes. Furthermore, typhoon season is right in our doorstep so, it's not good to travel there unless you take the risk. If you really want the cold breeze that you have mentioned, wait for the amihan season.

I agree... most of peeps travel by boat but the stories I hear getting there are a bit rough... but once there its amazing

kita sad ko sa local show na murag gi feature ang batanes.
nice iya mga attractions and scenery and relax2x.
i think dili kaayo recommended ang boat kay rough jud ang seas dira.
