I found this Thread doing a Google for Inambacan Falls, Ginatilan
Nice to see the Photos of the Falls, thanks.
But I was really wanting to find more detailed directions of how to find these Inambacan Falls, Ginatilan

The Hidden Gem of Ginatilan
14. Jun, 2010
Situated 135 kilometers from the city of Cebu is the quiet, little municipality of less than 14,000 people, Ginatilan. Coming from the provincial capital, a four-hour land trip will reward you with a town that is among the cleanest and most peaceful that you’ll ever set your foot on. Still standing are Spanish-era infrastructures of notable architecture. The St. Gregory the Great Parish Church was erected in 1829, admirable baroque design that reflects the majesty of the Spanish rule over the Philippines. The Bantayan sa Hari (Watchtower) was built to keep an eye on Muslim marauders attempting to ransack the town of Ginatilan. The Ancestral House of the Jomuad, built in 1700 by the son of the 1st ever capitan del barrio (captain), served as a classroom during the Spanish imperialism. On the other hand, the Ancestral House of Mayor Ferraren served as the seat of the government.
The Spanish-era establishments attract tourists to the town of Ginatilan but its gem really is the Inambacan Falls, waterfalls found in the center of lush greens. One can hire a habal-habal (motorcycle) from the town to get to Inambacan falls. A tricky drive and a five-minute trek to the falls lead you to a resplendent view of the Inambacan falls. Fresh, clean and clear water jumping off the cliffs to the warm pool underneath. It is not unusual to find young adults jumping from the cliffs to the water, as the name of the falls itself comes from the word ambac, which means to jump.
Having added a Waypoint then edited its Position with those N9.600009431788246 E123.3500075340271 coordinates, then View On Map, there is absolutely NO TRACKs on OSM or RoadGuide.ph getting to that WayPoint!
There is also a Track shown on OSM, to the North slightly, but does not reach that Waypoint marked for the Falls?
N9.57611 E123.31533 to N9.57961 E123.32984
The Falls WayPoint? is 3.2Km from that end of Track marked @ Bearing 44 Degrees (True)
On ourGTR #18 from Boljoon, I took a wrong turning where we should have headed North. From where that Track was, the Falls Waypoint is 6.6Km Bearing 240 Degrees.
We just have to discover if there is any dirt Tracks between those 2 Waypoints I have shown on the Map, that link with the Falls Waypoint? Additionally if there are also Tracks beyond that that link to the Tracks shown to Boljoon and that Track to Malabuyoc
Any 'locals' who know that area with access to MapSource, can see these Waypoints on the .gdb file here:-

Members of GreenTrails4CebuBikers would appreciate information from those familiar with the area as to actual tracks creating a 'Route' shown by the straight lines that might link up with the exisiting Routes along Tracks already on Maps
Cheers,
Britster
