merlin the magician, the greatest sorcerer, in his younger years. prince arthur's loyal servant and friend. nitan-aw ko ani nga series last year. i think it's great. colin morgan as merlin/emrys, excellent actor kaayo. angayan sad si bradley james sa role as prince/king arthur.

ang fire-breather is kilgharrah, the great dragon. a magical one, that's why he speaks. and he's got an attitude, to boot.

sa series, merlin is very playful. mag-ugtas si arthur, who started out as a spoiled brat. they also had some sort of a bromance, but generally the funny kind. merlin is amusing, especially when he transforms into the older version of himself.

this is considered one of the funniest scenes (and one of my favorite):

i didn't know na sad that one of my favorite shows has a thread diay.

anyway, a tragic story hardly makes anyone happy. but when i am reminded of this series, it's merlin's playfulness that i recall right off the bat. and of course, his loyalty.

@geo25 katong parked? i looked it up. i read he received multiple global awards. he's that good. i only saw merlin and i was impressed with his acting skills. what more kaha if i saw his other projects. i will try to find a copy of that movie.

Yip, dako man gyud na sa story si Mordred. Gi-usab ra man na nila sa show. in the legends, supposed to be Mordred is Arthur and Morgana's/Arthur and Morgause's kid. Both Morgana and Morgause are Arthur's sisters in the legend but not in the show Merlin. Guess they opted not to include the incest in the story, unlike Starz's Camelot.

Clearly you haven't watched that many Brit shows 'cause you only associate Liam Cunningham to the GoT character. He's played a lot of good characters, y'know?
