I am a mommy,back to the days when in preggy my OB advice me not to eat too much but eat nutritious foods such as veggies and fruits.Avoid Stress and dont think so much of your problems,enjoy your life,dont be sad.Have regular prenatal check up of your Ob monthly,take some vit and milk,pro inig 7 or 8 mos sa imong tummy stop taking that kay madako ang bb mglisod ka ug pagawas.Exercise evry morning,mg walking ka.

ang makadako sa baby kay ang sweet foods. so if u eat a lot of fruits its ok! if u eat lots of bread, choose the Whole Wheat Bread. not brownies or cakes. Eat natural foods that come from plants & not junk foods. also juices only - natural if pwede. not iced tea or softdrinks!

I clearly remember that time i delivered my first baby. It's like u'r having a stomach trouble, like u wanna pooh pro dle jud xa mogawas. it lasts for hours. Mura ka gitobol nga dugay kayo mogawas ang tae...he he..yup! mura ka mahutdan og hangin cge utong. ANd while u do the longest push u can to get the baby out. so its imp0rtant u have enough air jud . exercise surely helps. brisk walking with fresh hair. it would be nice if u bring ur husband with u so he can exercise too...
