kung looks ang basehan bro, para nako, nice ang MIO...bsan moingon cla nga daghan na, pwed man imong i.upgrade ang paint niya...mas lesser lng ug fuel consumption ang beat..

so i suggest, go for MIO nalng bro..mas daghan pah ug mods available sa market ron..hehe

honda beat and yamaha mio are the same IMHO. its just a matter of preference.

if you want a good brand buy a honda (no offense sa yamaha owners)
if mopalit lang ka kay imo ilisan ug parts, it will be much better if mopalit nalng ka ug 2nd hand nga upgraded mas cheaper pa.

Mio has considerably better looks than Beat, no wonder why many choose Mio. On the matter of safety and comfort, i haven't driven any Beat yet but ok raman kayo akoa Mio compared to my honda wave. What i've observed also is that bati kaayo ang fairings (plastics) ang beat, nigpis and brittle. The usual Honda problem.. stiff kaayo ang mga fairings sa Mio tungod kay baga and flexible. I confirmed that from a good scooter mechanic in our place. Han

Re parts - better ang yamaha

Re service - depende cguro sa casa bro, ingon ako mga co Mio owners na bati ang service sa Norkis and mahal ilaha oil. I had mine sa ilaha 3S shop gyud. nice ayo. So much better sa Du ek sam sauna on my honda wave.

re speed - better acceleration ang mio. that has something to do with the gear ratio tingali. but same power raman ning ilaha engines. and also pag design sa powertrain.
