P10/kwh is an exaggeration..last time i check it was P0.35/kwh..i don't think it will go that high.

the VECO rate is now 6.09 pesos per kilowatt hour.....

as i said napocor sells it to VECO .....VECO charges me 6.09 pesos per kilowatt hour
your figure is the average of visayas which includes negros, leyte, samar, cebu, bohol etc.....
as i said 10 pesos is not that far.... when that time comes Cebu is a ghost town

personally, i dont favor nuclear power for the Philippines, let alone Cebu for that matter. Let's just maximize what we have in these islands--geothermal! daghan pa kaayo bulkan pwede tauran ug geothermal plants.

i don't think Cebu will have power crisis in the future causing the kwh rate to go as high as P10..private players are recently venturing to help ease out the power scarcity paranoia.
