it really depends on the person.
i used to work in a call center before then I transferred to the industry,
the pay is not so good at that time but then I was able to travel outside the country and got a better job.
everytime you change job or career there is always a risk.
kung kaya mo then go! hehe!

lisod jud work if dili na ka happy. lisod kaayo ibangon in the morning thinkin na you'll go to work na sab in the company where dili na ka fullfilled althoung the pay matters jud kay lisod man pud ka lihok-lihok if limited imo budget but hino-on bisan gamay sweldo, buget lang pud.

as for this time lang i rather go for daku ug pay but if makatigum naku then d nasad magrecession at least naka pondo then i will go for career growth

mag taxi driver na lang ko...mag unsa mana ang career if bisan bag-o nga sapatos maglisod ug palit...

as the thread starter, i think worth it jud na mu risk mo for career growth. kay if mag ka interest ka sa imo job especially if challenging jud, den d naka magthink if pila imong pay.... and like what they said, sa ubos man jud ta tanan magstart...so, there is no way to go buy up esp. if you love your job....
