bro johnnyx3m, im not really good in programming but only know the basic. will they accept applicants like me who only knows the basic of programming. Im an IT savy, a fast learner.. pls help!..

most of the companies accept fresh grads...meaning, people who knows only the basics...

i train man ka ana bro...dili man ka hatagan ug project dretso... and after your training, dili man sad ka hatagan ug complicated na project...mostly, maintenance ka sa proj....meaning, iapil ka sa usa ka proj nga existing, then somebody will assist you with it....

Ang ako ikasulti... ni apply ko sa nila last may (sys ad), wala ko nila dawata.. maayo ra jud kay layo ra kaayo ila company sa ako employer karon (JPMC), ambot nana ba kaha sila nakuha nga taw ron.. ingon raba to nag interview nako nga wala dw formal training, drecho work. unsaon..? maypa JPMC, gi train kog Avaya PBX VOIP for 3days. Sulit na kaayo.. hehe.. =)

As what I had observed, some of their workstations were workgroup not domain.. dghan didto mga programmers..
