ive read so many reply about F21...ive inquire about them coz that is the teens fashion in US, its cheap and you can just grab for a style when you visit their stores when you needed for a weekend party in rush but their plans for cebu will be in 5 years coz i want to franchise yet they are not open to any franchise.
i really dont look forward for shopping here in cebu. it very way way backwards compare other places ive been. I REALLY LOOK FORWARD FOR NIEMAN MARCUS AND SAKS FIFTH AVE

There an F21 store in Manila - in SM Megamall where Cinderella used to be. SM has exclusive rights to franchise F21 in the Philippines, that's what I heard.
