it's not.... its the dumb, ungrateful customers ang magpa-lisud..... constantly worried sa imong stats.... way lami madugay... sweldo ra gyuy lami.....

Adjustment, liking what you do,loving the work,putting your vices to a minimal,work at your own phase,rest every rest days,positive outlook. Now you can survive as a Call Center agent.
It's a really easy job if you're emotionally and mentally built like a rock. Meaning, if wa kay paki sa mga kasaba, then payts kaayo para nimo. Pero if sensitive ka nga tao, aww di ka magdugay kay muabot ang time maghilak na ka while on shift sa kasubo.

personaly i had two courses in college pero i never used a diploma when i applied.
most contact centers usually require at least a minimun of two years spent in college.
try to be honest ra, most esp sa recruitment personal interviews. i think the most asked is tell me something abt urself. and most of the applicants did find that question difficult to answer.ambot nganu. lol
