    dont think weightlifting's==weight los. weight lifting means bulking, adding on those ripples of steel. and w/ that u need to eat alot. Of proteins, carbs but not fats. and vegies to.. Eat BIG to Lift Big and get Big. earobics' for weight los.

    Crashburn- bai, katong nag diet ka og 4 months, unsa imong pagkaon? ahak dakoag diperensya oi... haha nya unsa pud ka-bug-aton imong alsahon kung mag-work out ka? nya tag pila pud ka oras?

    btaw hinay hinay dyd na... me i hav improvements sd in 5 days straight work out w/ diet sd lose kog 2.5 lbs :mrgreen: hehehe!! ... consistent lng dyd ko og naa dyd koy goal maniwang hehehehe!!

    correct... you need to eat more to bulk up... and you need to eat more to LOSE WEIGHT... i dont do aerobics... during my diet i never ran... maybe a bit of sprinting and WALKING...

    Weight lifting burns more calories during the workout... after workout... and especially during sleep... while cardio / aerobics burns during the session only... thats a fact... and proven by me... 45lbs lost in 4 months, WITH NO SAGGY SKIN... check pics on prev page...

    with what i eat, check my prev post... i workout 30-45mins / session only... cardio, 15-30mins of walking...

    Lift? depende... during my diet, nag drop ako strength... dumbbell bench goes 50-60lbs (each) for 6-8 reps siguro... depending on the day / week... squats - 175lbs, 8-10 reps... again, depending on the week / day... deadlift, around 200lbs... bicep curls, 35-40lbs each arm...

    those are the max'es... i cycle my weights weekly.. heavy - mid - light week... something like that...

    aw.. ahak bug-ata pud ana oi.. wa man mi ana diri sa amo balay.. di man pud ko ka-daog ana... hehe. nya everyday na imong work-out? diet ra jud ako lisoran.. lami man gud ang kaon gud... paita.. -_-
    EDIT: unsay deadlift? grabiha gud anang 200lbs... bug-at pa man na nako... hehe.

    You dont have to lift as heavy as me or anybody here... choose your weight lang... well, you have to go to a gym though to be able to do all the exercises... and hit all bodyparts...
