    i just tried mixing a tablespoon of (all natural) peanut butter to my 40g oatmeal this morning... sweet!... and healthy

    up for oatmeal! i like it eating it before going to sleep especially evening shift ko so pag uli instead of heavy meal oatmeal lang ko with milk ang brown sugar =)

    i'm started to eat oatmeal katong nagpa reduce ko... and yes.. it's true nga ok ang oatmeal.. until now.. once lng ko mag eat og rice only lunch... since i'm working on graveyard.. breakfast and dinner oatmeal mixed with milo sometimes mag experiment lng ko sagulan nako tuna ang oatmeal, lami mn pd.. .. and naanad nlng pd ko... maski nakuha na nako akong target weight... nga 160 lbs. from 220 lbs...

    i just bought Quaker instant oatmeal. it says "100% Wholegrain Rolled Oats", but it's instant and i checked the labels and it's better than Australian, so is this the rolled oats that you're talking about?
