not really...

di baya ni ang first na waterspout/tornado sa Cebu within the last few years...i remember hearing a radio news report about a tornado off the coast of Talisay sometime during the early 2000's and another during the late 90's

here's a spin-off theory i've made up with my cousins over lunch, what if climate change is part of some conspiracy theory...maybe an organization invented a weather control device like the ones in Red Alert? hehehe

kataw-an lang nas mananagat sa lawod...water spout ra man na mahilis mana dayun. if muadto siya sa land kay mura ra gihapon nag tornado ug porma but still harmless and if sa dagat gani mura ra nag uwan na kusog.di na angay kahadlukan. lahi ra man ang tornado kay sa water spout. "buhawi" man cguro ni tawag sa mga tiguwang ani niya but im not sure.

Not the same kind of spout. The spider went up a waterspout ... the kind that drains rain off rooftops.
