pagka 6 mos usually cerelac, pag 8 mos ginaling nga rice with carrots, potatoes, squash.pwede pod egg white unya fruits like mango, banana and avocado.

pag 10 mos mokaon naman amo baby og rice nga gibutang og soup nga wla pay asin and msg. usually mag utan bisaya me. mag set aside lng dayon me og kalabasa og uban utan.

hello mga mommies....my baby is 6 mos. old now...but i introduce solid food to him 5 mos pa sya.,he eats cerelac w/ rice(pinagaling), rice w/ banana, rice with carrots,,,basta mostly he eat w/ rice jod....pro dli na kaau sya moinom ug milk...na lessen ang pagdede nya...bottlefed man sya kya nverted ako nipple...he finds difficult to suck at first mao sa bottle na lang sya. But i worried kay gamy ra kaau gitubuan iya wieght...he is just 7kls nya 6 mos na sya..pls help mga mommies

same na xa sa ako baby..ng start og eat cerelac k 4 months din krun na 6 months na xa di k xa nahan mo didi..so amo giilisdan ya milk..sauna k bonna din krun k promil..try daw change ya milk..or bsin daghan k inyo ipakaon niya og solid mao wala na xa gana..try e una og pa didi before xa pakan-a din ayaw sa xa palabie k og solid foods k mao na mka wa gana niya mo didi mas needed pa bya sa baby ang milk sa ingon ana na age..so pa didiha sa usa pa kan-a..e lessen ang solid intake..

hope this helps..mao mana amo gibuhat sa amo baby din krun k modidi na xa..sauna k 4 scoops of cerelac amo e feed niya..3x a day din krun k 3 scoops nlng din 1 hour before namo xa pakaon cerelac amo xa pa didi...,

@ 2yo lugaw gihapon with meat, fish or utan.sometimes rice nga humok pero gamay ra kaonon.

akong bata karon 3 na.. sauna lugaw rana.... dayon for almost 1 year g lung-ag ang applel..dili mn cya kakaon ug apple..
hsta sabaw sa apple imnon.. kaorn kusog kaayo mo inom ug apple juice.. no softdrinks and juices. water and pure fruit juice.. dili kaayo cya mo eat ug meat, fish noon, tinola, ug pinirito,, kusog kaayo.. lately lang cya ni kaon ug mcdo ug jollibe spag.. pero lahi dyd iyang gana bsta isda kan-on...

ang sa akoa kay e prepare nko... kadyot ra to nag cerelac mga 2 weeks pa anad sa tiyan then kahuman mga pagkaon na like squash, carrots, etc. kay I think mas healthy cya sa fresh foods, though hasul but worth it man sad... ^_^
