    ^^

In my case, one of the reasons why I go to malls like SM kay magpa bugnaw sad tapos lakaw2x lang like tan-aw2x sa mga tindahan.. Murag exercise ba..

It should be noted too bai that Ayala Mall will also be expanding. They were supposed to start last January but they decided to transfer the existing Jeepney Terminal first to a new location (currently under construction) because the expansion will be at the surface parking area all the way up to Marriot.. I dunno if there's a so-called "war" between these malls.

Tinuod jud ni bai. If I remembered it right sometime last year in a news article, SM was very interested in building a mall in the SRP to serve the southern part of the city pero wala nisugot si Tomas because he was afraid that it would suck the businesses out in downtown Cebu especially sa Carbon Flea Market. Ang name unta niya was something like SM Southpoint or SM Southmall..

I dunno with regards sa Ayala kung gisugtan ba pod because in their website (www.cebuholdings.com) they also stated that they were very very interested in expanding at the SRP.
