I doubt it can really prove competence.
Can that board exam tell that you are qualified to manage servers?
Certification ra jud na para sa ako.
Issue a certification for a certain technology.

i think computer science is scientist about sa computer dapat lang tagaan og board exams

don't make me laugh rianori, i graduate as a BS in CompSci. Just like everyone else said, Technology is always evolving, certification is already enough.
