It really depends if the occasion or weather calls for such outfits.. like beach outings ang ang man sad magpantalon and sweater but of course don't over do it... kay luod tanawon. oh yeah the right curves and the presence jud kay key para you won't look cheap or stupid.. kay uban they would wear short shorts and they start pulling it down kay conscious or even pulling it up kay it seems too long and guys are not staring that much... then it all comes down on who is wearing it, what the occasion is, when is it appropriate to wear it and where it is ok to wear such outfit....
