1Pe 2:17 Honor all people. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king.

Their behavior and speech may not always be congenial and pleasant but that does not give a Christian an excuse not to honor the offending person. "Honor all people"----we are to honor their persons even though their behavior and speech are dishonorable. This is only right for even Christ Jesus shed His blood for them too.

Ga 6:10 Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.

Mt 5:44 "But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you,

Pr 26:5 Answer a fool according to his folly, Lest he be wise in his own eyes.

The verse above does not even give a slightest hint that one is warranted to disrespect a foolish peson.

Pr 26:4 Do not answer a fool according to his folly, Lest you also be like him.

Pr 26:5 Answer a fool according to his folly, Lest he be wise in his own eyes.

At first glance the two verses may appear contradictory. But the contradiction is only apparent not real. Verse 4 speaks of the manner on how to answer a foolish person. Verse 5 speaks of the motive and intention why we answer him.

Verse 4 says we are not to answer a fool in such a way that we go down to his level and become like him [a fool] in the process. We are not to lose our temper, behave rudely etc. when answering him.

But when you answer him, answer him with the motive that you show [expose] him his folly so that he may not be wise in his own eyes [that's verse 5].

It seems that you're taking the bible which you just like without considering or consulting other verses.

With all the verse you've post (above) it seems that we should honor all people right, but let me ask you according to the bible what type of People?
    How about this verse:

10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:
    2 John 1:10

are these people included in all people to be honored?

    how about this:

7 Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour.
    Romans 13:7

why this verse being said by apostle Paul? if all people should be honoured why this is to be written "honour to whom honour"?

so meaning that "all people" in 2 Peter 2:17 doesn't mean all people respectively.
There's a catergory that should be honored.
So if those people that doesn't fall on the category as mentioned by Apostle John then it should be honored (all of them).

    Peace!
