250 ML of cold water. 2 spoons of the Nutritional Shake(P1,300.00) and 1 spoon of the Personalize Protein Powder(P1,276.00). one cannister is good for (more or less) 1 month supply.

don't worry, they are not an extra expense coz you dont need to eat breakfast and dinner if you want to loose your weight.

but you need to eat solid food for lunch.

lay². it may not work on others but ang uban kay mo sag man ilang panit kung mo loose cla ug weight. if you will use Personal Protein Powder, it will turn your fats to muscles so... dli jud mo laylay imong panit.
