i can still see and hear a lot of people use these words... and I also used them..

d na uso diri sa Sugbo uy.. way batasan kasagaran ang mga tawo diri, pa-astig2 man kunuhay nang dili polite pero kung kibaw lang ko mga insecure ra d ay tu ang mga kugtong...

Pero politeness is still observed in some other countries (e.g. US, NZ etc.) especially mga educated people from these countries.

aw basta naanad naka kaniadtong bata pa ka nga polite ka...aw di jud na mawagtang nmo...pero kon bag o pa ka na polite...aw ayaw na lang kahibong....di jud ka kamao ana...

Its not sa uso, it's called being respectful & polite. It really comes down to breeding & personality.
