in call centers, it is not just enuf that u know how to speak English but understand and speak American English. There is a big difference in Filipino English and American English. There are liaisons, accent and a lot more. The best tip is to watch or listen to Americans speak and imitate how they say it.
in interviews, u have to be ready for the grueling tests
and so equip urself first bec. co. look at potential too if they could spot it in u
