Dawkins, who is perhaps the most celebrated evolutionist alive today, was one of the most militant atheists at the conference. He stated: “I am utterly fed up with the respect we have been brainwashed into bestowing upon religion,” i.e., God (p. 9; cf. Ecclesiastes 12:12-13). Passive atheism apparently should not be tolerated. Dawkins is “ready to mobilize” his “big...enthusiastic choir” of evolutionary colleagues (p. 11). He said: “There’s a certain sort of negativity you get from people who say ‘I don’t like religion but you can’t do anything about it.’ That’s a real counsel of defeatism. We should roll our sleeves up and get on with it” (p. 11, emp. added). Dawkins even compared evolutionary scientists’ position in the 21st century to that of homosexuals in the late 1960s: everyone needs to be “willing to stand up and be counted,” so that “they could change things” (p. 11).
Dawkins likely called for such drastic action because he has seen atheism lose some of its battles. In his book, The Blind Watchmaker, he admitted that modern creationists have been “disturbingly successful” in their attempts to combat evolution in “American education and textbook publishing” (1996, p. 241). He also wrote: “There are still those who seek to deny the truth of evolution, and there are disturbing signs that their influence is even growing, at least in local areas of the United States” (p. x). The influence of anti-evolutionists disturbs Dawkins greatly—so much so that he and his colleagues feel compelled to advance evolution, while doing “away with religion” (Brooks, 192[2578]:9).

and who could ever forget the piltdown man
Piltdown Man - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The "Piltdown Man" was a hoax in which bone fragments were presented as the fossilised remains of a previously unknown early human. These fragments consisted of parts of a skull and jawbone, said to have been collected in 1912 from a gravel pit at Piltdown, East Sussex, England.
my personal judgement, are my basis of good and bad. What about you? just an example: if i cut you with a knife and you bleed to death do you think its good or bad?
or if i cut you with a knife and bleed, do you still need GOD to tell you that what im doing is good or bad?

We evolve because of dna mutations.
Basing on your question, i can also ask Why is there a white man if we really came from africans. Answer is Albinos, dna mutation.
There's a chance during an early stage in our development when things didnt go as planned. Thus creating a different new breed. Homo Sapiens didnt evolve because of our brains, but it started from Bipedalism, the ability to walk on two feet, from there it freed our hands and gave us the ability to make stone tools. And yes, our ancient ancestors were primitive apelike creatures that actually walk on two feet. i can give you video links, that if your interested.
Apes and humans differ from all of the other primates in that they lack external tails. They also are more intelligent and more dependent for survival on learned behavior patterns. There are several internal body differences as well, such as the absence of an appendix in monkeys.
The apes and humans are members of the same superfamily, the Hominoidea. Until the last few years, humans were separated into their own family within this superfamily because it was believed that we are significantly different from the apes. However, recent genetic studies and discoveries from the fossil record have made it clear that some of the apes are more similar to humans than previously believed. Subsequently, the living hominoids are now commonly classified into only two families with humans grouped with the great apes:
1. Hylobatidae click this icon to hear the preceding term pronounced (gibbons click this icon to hear the preceding term pronounced)
2. Hominidae click this icon to hear the preceding term pronounced (orangutans click this icon to hear the preceding term pronounced, gorillas click this icon to hear the preceding term pronounced, chimpanzees click this icon to hear the preceding term pronounced, and bonobos click this icon to hear the preceding term pronounced, and humans)
Gibbons and orangutans live in Southeast Asia, while gorillas, chimpanzees, and bonobos are exclusively African apes. Humans originated in Africa as well.

Natural Selection through DNA Mutation. Why do we have Siamese Twins? because during the early developmental stage from the womb, something went wrong, the cells didnt fully divide, thats why their stuck together.
Why do we have blue, red, orange, brown, black, etc. birds? when they are all birds with wings and they fly? because of dna mutations.
Why do we have white polar bears from antartica, and brown grizzly bears in north america? they are all the same bears, but different breeds, simply because of dna/genetic mutations.
