hehhehe ok lang bro kung milliseconds, pero kung seconds na nga naga Request timed out ka... dili cguro ok ui. signed out kana or disconnected kana kung nag online game ka. ok lang unta kung inig balik drecho na connect, dili pajud. pa log-inon kapa ulit sa smartbro portal? kinsay dili mag init ulo ana?

your problem is weird. pa log-innon ra man ka balik kung mausab ang imo MAC address. Dili kaha guba ang imo LAN card? or virus kaha nga mo de-register sa imo LAN/MAC card. Or possible nga naa naghack sa imo account. Kay if you log-in with your MAC address unya naa lain nga mo-login using his MAC address...tang-tang gyud ka sa network. so inig log-in nimo tang-tang na pud siya...isig tang-tangay lang mo.hehehehe

In my case, I usually disconnect kung dili ko mag-internet. Unya inig reconnect nako, dili man ko pangayo-an ug log-in.
Bisan pa ug ako tang-tangon ang RJ-45 sa LAN card, dili man mangayo ug log-in prompt inig connect nako balik sa RJ-45.
Bisan pa ug ako i-disable ang LAN, inig enable ug balik dili man mangayo ug log-in.

Pero inig balhin nako ug lain nga PC..i.e., ang RJ-45 i-connect nako sa lain nga LAN card, mangayo gyud siya ug log-in sa portal. Duda ko mao ni imo problema...the network is detecting a different MAC address from time to time forcing you to re log-in. Pero possible pud nga guba lang ang imo LAN card...ilisi kuno ug bag-o...barato ra bitaw na...350pesos ra man tingali D-Link ang brand man tingali adto.

tingalig dili na nuon ka maka-access, unya mo-anha ang tech support makabayad na nuon ka.

tip: timan-i lang ang mga values before you make changes. pero if you made changes unya dili na ka maka-connect...ahhh phaksit!

and the mac address of my router I believe dili cya variable nga mo change at anytime randomly maong gina pa-log-in ko minutes lang ang interval. about sa notion nga may nag Hack sa akong account, i dont know. Basi pod... pero kung pure hack lang, why may lost connection (connection timed)? are u saying nga once may mag hack sa imo account, mawala pod imo connection and ma-adto sa naga-hack imposeble yata yun. Strong ang conviction nko bro nga ang SmartBro jud ang may problema, maybe sa ilang base station where i get my signal.

all the while I was thinking single PC ka lang.

Anyway, to isolate possible failures...why not connect SMARTbro to a single PC for a day. Observe kung putol-putol(always ask for log-in) ba gihapon.

unsa brand model sa imo router? Maybe one of the istoryans here has the same router as yours and it is working perfectly...maybe you can share notes.

Or if you have a spare router, try activating that spare router and do observations.

I'm not very familiar with the security imposed by SMARTbro on the air-interface/network but take note: In my YM account, when I'm logged on at YM and then I log on at another PC with still the previous log on active...ma disconnect ang previous active log-on. I think this type of security is implemented in SMARTbro. And this type of security was implemented in the previous analog cellular network against cloned phones. If your MAC was copied/spoofed and your account was hacked, you will only be disconnected anytime you or your copies log on the network. This could be the cause of continous or random disconnection. If your MAC was not copied/spoofed and your account was hacked, you will be logged out and when you reconnect, username and password will be asked by the portal.

Another variation of this type is if someone else is using your account you cannot log-on anymore. You have to wait for it to log out before you can log in.

hmmm...it could be your router or your account.
