My running started with a decision to stay fit and healthy. When I joined IRC I wanted to take my running to a new level. My membership with IRC may be shortlived but it was worthwhile. It was through this group that I was able to build a good foundation in this new found hobby/sport of mine. I met my first roadies (friends in the road) through this group and I will be forever grateful for that. Leaving IRC is not an easy decision for me because I still have a lot of dreams for the group and it's members but I have to make a choice. I will be forever in debt to IRC and the people behind it.

A decision has to be made. I have to make a stand. And I have chosen to take my running into a different road where my heart and mind is at peace.

Thank you for the great journey my roadies! See you on the road!

but they said it might be around 400,
considering they will use better material.

About the material,
I have new swatches for the cloth.
Since tomorrow is Red Cross Run,
let's decide on the material after the run.
