...being a frank is difficult to manage from friend to friend sometimes it is a start of trouble because sometimes peoples opinion may mis-interpreted and laid to a troublesome.

...being a plastic is easy to manage. At least you are showing someone that you like him/her in a front of a door, in a merely fact, you don't. But having this type of quality can be pulled out from the darker side during the time when this person realizes how nice and real his/her fellow to touch to his/her heart with true feelings and affection until this type of person soften his/her heart and be reflected, rather than frank. Frank could be "first impression lasts"
