the only statement from him that was quite believable is the fact that he went from the Philippines to the US in a span of 3 days.

that's beside the point. no matter how many times one can come and go in and outside America, everything just doesn't make sense. if his parents lived in America during Marcos' time, then chances are, his parents are now US citizens or permanent residents (immigration policies weren't strictly enforced during the 70's)---and that makes HIM a permanent resident or a US citizen if ever a petition was filed.

2 napulo ka gi apliyan, tanan dawat. ( pwerte gyud siguro ni siya ka inilog)
this is where i got him the first time. this seems utterly impossible. 10 job offers all at once? you guys read the news, a US CITIZEN guy with a PhD can't even get a frickin job!!! siya pa hinuon? 10 job offers pa!

3 Unsa man to and gi post nga offer sa iyaha, tinu-od ni? Unsa man mga taga diha sa america, ti-nuod :gi-google naku, dili man naku ma kitan ang mga sama nga benefits, sobra pa man ni sa San Miguel corporation?.
this is true in some cases, and it depends what company you work for and what you do.
benefits like what he mentioned are not uncommon in America.
that's why people love to come here---one reason is coz of the benefits.

4 Sa iyahang Camry- unsa man ang deperensya. Iya-ha ra tong imahenasyon?
    definitely imagination.
a tourist CAN buy (take note: CAN) a pre-driven car, but with a zero interest, zero down payment? that's the most ridiculous thing in the world. if that is true, then can you imagine how easy would it be to buy a car? also, car dealers would not only require your pay stub, but they would require a credit report/inquiry especially if you're not paying the car upfront (taking out a car loan). and last but not the least, they would wanna know how long have you been in the US and how long you are gonna stay.

Guys.. just let go with the Jennesse case. We're aware that you guys have doubts and might've found some inconsistencies in his posts. Pero thing is, it's unfair sab kaayo kay Jennesse is not here to defend himself since I banned him. And even at that, the topic is not about Jennesse's credibility. PLEASE STAY ON TOPIC!!!

Why pamper life's complexities when the leather runs smooth on the passenger seat?

    sorry bro.
    back on topic.
what do you guys think of that article i posted above?

anyway, let's let go of the money thing. i'm sick of the financial stuff that entails living abroad.
why don't we talk about our experiences living abroad?
so our fellow kababayans back home can learn something from us living in a foreign land.

i found this great book, and i may read it one of these days... it talks about the ups and downs of living in a foreign land.

we all have ups and downs dri sa abroad and i believe gibuhat nato ni ky decisions need to be made at some point in our lives diba? naa stuff na mamiss nako kung magbakasyon ko sa pinas dri sa US like ang internet capacity, orderliness sa road/highways bisan naa traffic but atleast abide gihapon road rules etc... pero kung naa pod ko dri sa US n m looking forward na mo-uli sa pinas tungod sa warmth nato sa ato family and friends...ang emotional side na benefits ang ako gusto gyud.

but hey, we cant have it all man diba? so ani lang sa ang set up for now and the coming years? huhuhuhu...k ra ky buhi pa man ta!

as far as the comfort goes, i can say that i am more comfortable here than in Pinas.
the reason i said that is coz tanan diri sa US is very organized.

but still, i miss it back home. wa pako ka uli sukad. lol.
i miss the food. pongko2x, tempura, bbq, puso, kinilaw, monggos!

weather wise, i like it here better... although sometimes, the cold is unbearable.
during cold winter months, i long to be in the Philippines.
    init kaayo doh!

Naa daw new program ang GMA7 nga ipuli sa Emergency by March called OFW Diaries. Nakabalita ko ani kay ni contact sila ug Filipino community forum diri sa Japan. Objective of the program is to show the daily life of an OFW, iya siguro routine daily in a week para ma aware sad ang mga family sa Pinas unsa sad ang sacrifices sa mga OFW para sa ila family.

    march 20 - episode 2 - talents/entertainers
    episode 3 - domestic helpers
    episode 4 - caregivers
episode 5 - dito po namin balak yung mga ALT po ba tawag dun, yung mga english teachers.

ayan po. if ever na matuloy ang team ko papuntang Japan, ang ishushoot po namin dun ay yung talents/caregivers/ALT...
