a nationwide public opinion poll should be conducted first if the Filipinos would want snap elections. this can be done by a veritable private agency. if the "ayes have it", then GMA should resign and snap elections are to be conducted. but if the "nays have it", then let's proceed with governance and move on with the government's pojects. no need to waste further funds if the election machinery is not even working.
