i agree, if u will buy a car, the dealer will ask for ur social security number para credit check (kung pa finance ka) and a copy of ur pay slip....wen i got my car, i used my license from the Phils and an international drivers license, pro ang disadvantage, i was paying more sa ako insurance bcoz international ako gamit...
