- i find this very effective, dinner before 6, then no more solids after that.

motoo jud ko anang less rcie/less carbo ky mao na akong gibuhat pero di man ko niwang na jud..sakto na akong lawas ron..hehe.. but still I want to lose weight..hehe..
decrease lang ang calorie intake (hinay2x each day) or increase your exercise to lose weight.
ana ra man na.. the more you eat the more you exercise. energy in = energy out > to maintain weight
