i think it must be done cuz we oath to be industrialized not later 2015... we the developing country signed an oath for that... dont problem a thing which is not a problem yet. rama was just trying to make noise thats it. if i where rama i must enforce the lrt or mrt... so no more widening and traffic is not a problem..

Its easier to build flyovers rather than widen roads.
In road widening there are a lot of issues that needs to be addressed first like the displaced informal settlers or stores beside the street (which is a result of poor implementation of city zoning and planning) and can even cost more with the expropriation of private properties that will be affected.

enforcing lrt or mrt would bankrupt the city and until now the city still have huge debts to pay. even metro manila needs to depend on the national government to subsidized their mrt and lrt to lower the fares, so basically we are still paying for their mass transit even though we are not benefiting from it.
what more on cebu which has less support from the national gov compared to manila.

my opinion, let them get their share if there is..corruption cannot be eradicated man jud..what we are asking nalang unta is proper infrastructure.. they get what they want, we get wat we need..which is a very livable cebu

sakto.. d na mawagtang ang corruption, bisan Singapore - a very progressive and organized country, has "degrees" of it daw. Im not patronizing corruption though, ang importante, our leaders choose what's best for our future and our sustainability, proper planning and effective infrastracture - something cebu really lacks.

if you're comparing 1 degree to 90 degrees that's quite a big difference.....

para sad nako useless ang flyover kay maski mag himo pag ka ug 3 lanes nga flyover nya ang road ika dayon gawas sa flyover kay gamay mao gihapon congested gihapon ang dalan...
