hmmm...i think mas naa'y reserba ang vizards. they're shinigami - so they can fight well enough without going into hollow mode...it could be their trump card and they can use it for later...arrancar, however, are powerful enough but its like they're already giving their trump card away.

for me i still don't think that the arrancars are already giving their trump card since none of the espada showed their release yet hehehe... (except in the manga )

sa ako lang na dumduman... when shinji tried to save ichigo from the one armed grimjow he has to transform himself into hollow mode... during that time grimjow is still not yet on his release form and was already beaten up by the hollow ichigo. if a shinigami form shinji is strong enough to hold off grimjow he doesn't need to be in hollow form but then probably the ex-espada grimjow is strong enough that shinji needs to turn into a hollow... but then again maybe shinji has his reason for releasing his hollow form i guess
