Yes! Thank you for reminding me. I do know about religious orders being autonomous. Though I seemed to have forgotten that in this cae. My bad. The Manila Cathedral diay was first owned and under the diocese of Mexico. San Augustin and the Cathedral are both in intramurus. Mao mao ra sad diri diay. Near the fort, one church under a religious order, the other a diocese.
Anyway, akoa amigo na taga Manila sad ga wonder ani and sige mi huna huna ngano. Loyal to the RCC sad kaayo to siya. Now I am going to tell him this. haha.. I actually love discussions like this. I might have more church questions when I visit old churches.
a letter from SAINT PAUL to BREAKEVEN/SHOCKIE
1 Corinthians 1:10
10 I appeal to you, brothers and sisters,[a] in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another in what you say and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly united in mind and thought.

catholica ka brad?!!!!!!!!! la pako ka dungog ana dah........as far as i know, walay gi pili ang simbahan
ako i rephrase:
di gyud mamili ang simbahan
tanan mag pa bunyag, bunyagan, tanan pa blessing -blessingan
apil sakyanan, balay ug TRAPOliticians , giyawaan < same ra na sila ..hehehe..blessing d i ni
but the whole idea is that the RCChurch is open to all faithful ( in words or in deeds ) who wud want to enter the doors.
the RCChurch is always hopeful that everyone enters the door, repents.
dili just rePAYnts
thank you dartzed for pointing it out.

i believe you categorized baptism the same as the blessing(verb) of things, place, time, etc...
correct me if im wrong..
And YES the RC Church bless everything even the corrupted place, things, time, MAN, etc. hopping that these that they prayed over will be cleansed..
and i hope you are not a RC kay mkasabot rko why nakatell ka ana but if RC ka mao ni giingon naloko nah..
