    decrease your carbo intake. bug-at man gud tag carbo load mga pinoy...hilig ug rice. less fiber man na. i heard brown rice/black/ug mais contain high fiber.

    then exercise sd.

    hi fiber dapat, less carb and just a consistent exercise! however, there cud be other factors underlying such issue if u have consulted professionals already and yet nothing has change. seek a medical advise.

    have fibers like oats in the morning, then full meal on lunch time then no dinner but only drink tea. have workout like going to the gym everyday. u lose 3lbs every 2wks....

    I have a friend who really2 slimmed down jud and i asked her what she did, she just lessened her rice intake jud, but mu kaon gihapon xa, nya mag jogging pud cya, magpasingot gyud cya.

    I think lain2 jud ta'g ways to lose weight, kai naai uban kailangan pa'g mga diet supplements others don't. So i guess mag try2 pa jud ta on what ways nga comfy ta nya mas effective, deva? hehe opinion lang
