promotion really depends on your performance and of course politics is everywhere, but the good thing is if you're in a growing company you can grow with them and for me to each his own, there's never a great-perfect company and its up to you if you're up to take that challenge and step up! it doesnt matter if your from wave 1 or any pioneering batch, as long as you're there to work and give your performance a boost i dont think anything would go wrong...

well, that makes sense though. but if you're in a company which is lead by power trippers no matter how you perform, you'll never get noticed because they'll only pay attention to those who kiss ass. and the sad thing is, they're gonna look for grounds against you instead.
