    @wisechoice: lisod ning bisyoha bay kay kita pay bayad sa gym arun mahago nya dako pa gyud og gasto paras mga supplements... di sad lalim noh? ayg kalimot sa BCAA bay kay kung naa naka palit gyud ko dayon... dawat ba mog credit card didto?

    makakuha ana goryo but not now pa kay bag-o lang naabot ako mga stocks gikan states...but ills urely get that kind of suplement...hmmm...dawat ko card but dili ko makahtag ug discount bai if ul use card bcoz sa deduction sa bank nako... ok ramn nmu kng optimum bcaa nh?

    meanwhile, i finally was able to up my front squat @170lbs... i use this variation for warm up and it definitely is good for my quad development as you can't cheat (in terms of form) with it...

    Chest:
    Bench Press 190 x 8 reps with spot
    Inclined Dumbell Press 80x2 x6 reps with spot
    Dipping with 40 lbs dumbell 10 reps
    Inclined Dumbell Flyes 60x2 6 reps

    Legs:
    Squats 221 lbs 6 reps
    Leg Press 200 lbs 15 reps.. (wla mi equipment huhuhu ) pero ka2 naa ko citigym I tried 400 lbs 6 reps
    Leg Extension 200 lbs 8 reps
    Leg Curls 120 lbs 8reps

    Back:
    Wide Lat Pull Downs 160 lbs 8 reps (finally.. got passed my body weight kay gi-una.. thanks sa info "wisechoce" hehehe)(with strap)
    Close Grip Lat Pull Downs 170 lbs 8 reps(with strap)
    Romanian Deadlift 320 lbs 6 reps... (with strap)
    One Arm Row 100 lbs 8 reps

    Shoulders:
    Either Dumbbell ug Military Press 120 lbs 8 reps
    Side Laterals 40x2 8 reps
    Front dumbbell raises 40x2 8 reps
    Rear Lats 60x2 8 reps
    Barbell Shrugs 280lbs 8 reps (with strap)

    Bicep:
    Barbell Curls 100 lbs 6 reps (with spot)
    Alternate Dumbbell Curls 40x2 8 reps
    Hammer Curls 40x2 8 reps
    Concentration 40lbs 6 reps (with spot)

    Tricep:
    Push Downs 140 lbs 8 reps

    good numbers krusade! ur lifting at home too? coz mura pareha ta mga exercise and sad to say wala sad ko ka legpress kay wala ko ana sa balay hehehe. pareha ta ug height and mas bug.at lang ko gamay (tambok gapabug.at) hehehe. 221 na imo squat, mao guro na ako apson bro im currently at 195lbs, 8 reps. impress ko saimo lateral and front raises dah sakit naman guro ng 40lbs hehe

    sakit lateral oi.. ang nka apan lang mo guba na au akoa nawng nig human sa lateral.. hehehe
    pero wla nako ka increase kay ripped pko ron.. then hinay2x lang akoa gaining.. kay lisud au ma ripped balik kung endomorph gud.. hehehe
    my top shape was around 6-8%
    then dli na madala.. kapoy na..
    i'm around at 12%-15% body fat ron..
    I'm still trying my best to reach 200lbs in my bench press.. and as well as sa lat pull downs..

    anyone here interested in powerlifting? ni open lang ko kay nag hisgot na man gud mo ug max weight nga ma alsa.

    anyway, mao ni akoa :

    full squat : 506 lbs. (230 kgs.)
    bench press (paused sa chest): 286 lbs. (130 kgs.)
    deadlift : 272.5 kgs. (600 lbs.)

    6 ft, 310 pounds ko. ga train sa baseline. squats ug bench press southern phil. record. deadlift, national record. the reason ni post ko kay kung naay gusto mu train powerlifting ganahan ko mu tudlo para daghan na ta.

    my new side laterals.. 45 lbs 6 reps.. X_X murag mao rman gihapon.. kay gi kuha-an lang ug reps.. hehehe
