is it so? companies lay off employees by the thousands. it's no longer about loyalty and performance but the company's bottom line.

for me i guess pag ambak2x ug work does not really reflect nga wla kay loyalty sa company...
1. kung bata pa kay expected na coz they easily get bored
2. kng middle age people kay nangita sila ug growth nya high paying job pd
3. kng constant imo pag ambak ambak wag mo nalang i lagay sa resume mo para hindi buking.masama rin kse ang job hopping e.
just be responsible and think nga youre not getting any younger... you have to make roots na in your company where youre working. loyalty to a company spells all including good future to them(benifits) hehehehe...

I have a friend ,as in ing ana jud 3 to 6 months ra sya,mostly call centers.... at most na 6 months,she's smart sad jud nuon..... ako ingnan gai nga pagpuyo na,hahaha!

ok ra man tingali job hopping.. i think employers will understand especially if 1 year pa lang sa gkan sa pag.grad.. kasabot sad sila na wa pa jd ni kita ug para iyaha na job.. but if 5 years na kang gabalhin2x.. nah gudluck.. lisod na na..

for me oks lang nang job hopping kung bata pa ka pero kung tan aw nimo naniguwang naka cge gihapon anang bisyoha lain na nang storyaha, wa ka clear direction sa imo life waaahhhh
