they are doing their job. it's a forecast. we pay for satellite feed every 12 hours kay mahal kaayo ang bayad. ang US maka-afford bisan pa every second ang feed pero daghan gihapon na-apektohan like sa Hurricane Kathrina. kinahanglan ba na ug expert kaayo sa weather para pagtan-aw lang ug feed gikan sa satellite. di man siguro. bisan pa expert kaayo ka sa weather forecasting nya makadawat lang ka satellite feed twice a day, naa ba ka matabang. that is nature's call kung mokalit lang siya ug kusog. we can't blame PAGASA.

There are so many factors and variables that affect the weather that even the technology of First world nations cannot discover, monitor, and pinpoint these all.
