#7: Do you observe Yom Kippur?
Unsa ni? These questions kay dili jud pang pinoy.
mga angay gyd ni cya mahibaw.an kung nangita ug trabaho..hehe
as what i learned from my human resource management class (hehe) there are really many unprofessional HRs that asks illegal and unlawful question..
yeah at times these questions become discriminatory
what HRs should put in mind is -if what they're asking are job related and can detect one's performance.
like "marital status" -that's totally discriminating..
if the company can't justify why they have to ask that, u can go to court and complain.
(like if they can't present any evidence that singles perform better,, you'll surely win!)
kung isog jud ka, ingnon nimo na "i don't think your question is job related and can determine/predict my performance" tagak diritso.hehe
Yup, I think this is more applicable sa US nga workplace setting.
so far, wala pa man nangutana nako ani nga mga questions ... hehehe
nice one.......
