I'm sorry but I beg to disagree with this. If we define what a male or female is in terms of physiological characteristics, NSO says there are more males than females. check this out:
http://www.census.gov.ph/data/quickstat/qs0901tb.pdf
under population Demography:
Male: 38,524,266 (2000) 34,584,170 (1995) 30,538,285 (1990)
Female: 37,979,811 (2000) 34,032,366 (1995) 30,164,921 (1990)
Males by nature are more aggressive than females. Males in the primitive age are hunters while females take care of the village. Also in modern culture, we generally frown on women who initiates courtship over men.
Kung mas daghan ang males, then equal lang unta or mas dako ang percentage sa females nga naay uyab, considering that most males have gf. Siguro medyo gamay lang imong sample to accurately base your conclusion.
I don't know! gender is defined according to their physiological characteristics not gender preference. Talking about gender preference, our fellow earthlings who chooses a different gender aside from what they were born with is a minority compared to the total population whom we refer as "straight."
Somebody can make a study as to their percentage to the total population.
mas daghan bayot kumpara sa tomboy mao na mag uyab gani nang puros laki mao nang ang ubang babaye kay wa nay kadaganan nahutdan na.
