hey guys...freebies are also optional.

standard lock in period is one year..if u availed our freebies, automatically ull be lock for 2 years..if your not able to get the said freebies...then its either 1 yr na lang ang lock in nimo...and also any bills can be verify...pede ra man ireport telling na u wetre not able to get the freebies...basin naa ray human error sa pag encode...u know no one is perfect and we are also subject to errors/mistakes

depende sa package...

if 3000 additional for that is 2k for 6 months..total for that add on bill is 12,000

if 4000 na plan..additional bill will be 650 per month for 12 months

and if 8000 its all free but again our freebies murag more or less 1000 na lang ang nabilin...

for those who applied for a certain package tapos wla naka kuha ug freebies...standard lock in period will apply...

mao siguro pabayaron ka its because naa pa ka sa lock in period...termination fee with in lock in 3 times sa imong MSF

Ipa bayad ko 5,900+ bsta pa discon kay nka sign daw ko ug contract. nag pasuwat pko formal letter rn address to the head engineer sa PLDT kay nangutana nko sa lineman kng unsa ngan sa ila head sa DSL department. 1 month nani unstable akong dsl nya di sila mo pa putol sa akong plan naa wla man nko nagamit. gabii ra mo pas2x nig buntag hinay kau. pwede daw na sila ma pasanginlan ug "deceiving the consumer". Kay nindot lang ila ipakita then nig pataod na nmo halos di gani ma entertain imong mga technical issues. Plan ko balhin globelines kay atleast naa testing for 1-3 months ila DSL if pa linya ka so naa pka time ipa putol kng bati ila connection.

hope i could help u just to continue and patronise our service. why not try to check your computers, wirings, modem and etc coz these are some of the factors that can cause low connection. why not ask some I-cafe who are satisfied with our service? maybe our service is not that perfect like just any ISP here they have also down times but we are trying our best to have a better outcome. freebies are just an appreciation that you preferred us compare to other ISP. though naa bayad ug free jud pero come to think of it mahal ang PC sa market...

Yaw padala sa mga ahente bros, make sure jd na mo ask ka completo about sa plan and test it. Like ako mahay na au ko rn sa akong plan. naa unta ni sila mga 2 weeks na testing sa dsl nila. hantod karn guba gihapon akong connection. 4 weeks and counting... Ayaw pada promo kay mao gihapon if mo avail mo sa promo lock in 2 years gihapon. Read the papers before you sign the contract sad. di pwede ma discon ako connection coz of the 1 year contract nila. Pero knsa man sad ma kbaw na cge sad diay ka guba ila network na wla sad gibutang sa ila contract na unstable dai rn pldt. wla sad au magamit ang rebate kay murag mahatagan raka 10-20% discount sa plan. nindot kau i kiha ni da. la lang ko budget. hehehe

for now i cant answer that query...though we have ongoing expansion of our NGn facilities in mandaue going to consolacion and also to lilo-an...project ng pldt --entire cebu will be NGN na
