Things that you did in the past that you regret!

i was very hard on my mom before i left the country and now she's very sick and i dont have the time in the world to make up for all the pain that my dad , myself and everybody else caused her , i feel so stupid . the guilt just keep on creeping right up into my veins every minute of every day.

i wasnt going to post on this but i realized it touched something deep. there are things i did that i really regretted and changed my life.

1. not having enough time with me gf at that time, confident that we could never break up since we have been in love with each other for so long. painfully i realized that turning your relationship into a long distance affair can be real killer...combined with the our opposite sleeping/waking & working hours. i worked in a call center and she has day job. we talked less and less....

2. engaging in vices like gambling, and online games. that made me pre-occupied for long hours day and night. i got addicted,. i couldnt stop myself. it sounds silly now, but such was my reality.

i learned my lessons, sure. im wiser and stronger now..but i had regrets.. i lost the perfect girl...i never loved someone that way before....took me a long time to recover.
