unsa man inyu dial sa pldt for dsl assistance? wa jud lage mu tubag sa 171 or 172 or 173.... i was once asked to type in my phone # den.. maputol ang linya or ma dead air lang.. pls help!!! thanks

I record na ang gi ingon sa ahente sa PLDT. kay iya ingon jd nko sa 2mbps nko na plan. ang speed daw nko kay 1.8-2mbps. ni tawag ko sa PLDT di jd daw na mo ubos ug 1.5mbps ang plan na 2mbps. para nig ad2 nmo office imo sila ipa dungog sa ilang gi ingon.

agent ko sa pldt. ang dsl 1995 is UP TO 2mbps gud na siya and since dsl shared expected speed is upto 60% and you also have to consider the distance from the CO to your home. ma-weak mana iya speed kung layu na au ang gtravel sa data not unless kung naay repeater.

and depende pud na sa imu network if your under legacy or ipdslam.

kay pareha sa amu house, amu bayaran is 999 for dsl lang supposedly iya speed is upto 1mb pero under man mi sa legacy na network so amu speed is only upto 512kbps. nrequest naman gud mi before to increase the speed pero mao ra daw na kaya sa network namu.

for ipdslam or ngn mas kusog ang speed. pero sa NGN dili pa nimu makita ang iya benefit kay dili paman stable ang network.


pero dili gud na committed ang 2mbps, up to ra gud na siya.

sa 172 tawag for dsl repair. 171 is for customer service. 173 for telephone repair.....

nahibulong gyud ko sa akong laptop ug akong desktop computers......ang akong laptop kay dili kaayo nindot ang specs nya kay ang purpose pang gagamay ra unta nga reports or interet sa gawas nga at least na-a ko magamit nga computer bisan mag coffee ko...nag buy ko ug desktop nga bag-o with a higher specs gyud compared sa akong laptop...wen use it sa among balay...mas kusog pa man hinu-on ang akong laptop if maggamit ko ug internet> what;s wrong sa akong desktop?

so, when shall gonna the NGN be stable? when the new NOKIA brand equipment the shall arive and replace the faulty ZTE NGN equipment? am i right? im just guessing^^

problema jud ni. 2 times na ko gi ari , Nov. 1 ug gahapon. Actually, ang ni ari kay ang ila ra mga contractors. Ga sige sila ug kalikot sa configuration sa ilang router unya mo ingun ang ilang gi tawagan nga taga PLDT nga ok daw ang speed. Pagka polpol jud. Ako jud sila gi pakita sa akong 1995 nga globelines connection -- residential type pa jud ( pero gi taud sa office ). Ako gi pangutana kung unsa ilang recommendation, dili man pud maningug. so ako ingnan, nga kung wala tay mahems dali ra ang solution ... ato na lang ipa disconnect. Mo balik na pud daw sila unya kay ila sa i.trace ang linya. hahaaay ... ... ako nya to storyahon ila gi tawagan , ako i invite sa opis para siya jud mo saksi kay polpol kau

@aprilia: hinay jd kau bro, diha mna i test sa letency gud. akong latency abot 3000ms, ipdslam akong network rn gamit. naa sad ko legacy dri mas pas2x pa nya mas stable pa.

yes thats the only reason i can give you, even if you asked PLDT's technical department or maypa sa owner nalang ka moreklamu..

for NGN, that i do not know, probably in the next 48 years..
